Review #2615 | Brandy Review #117

Distiller: Domaine Lous Pibous

Bottler: L’Encantada

Brand: L’Encantada

Selection: None – General Release

ABV: 47.9% ABV

Age: 27 Years

Nose: Heavy on the nose, woody, dark, cocoa, plums, figs, blackberry, tobacco, and pepper. It’s dark, deep, rich and powerful.

Taste: Rich on the palate, woody and heavy with some balsamic, orange peel, blackberry, honey and toffee.

Finish: Long finish, heavy and rich here and brooding. The power here definitely shows in the finish with gumdrop candies, blackberry, balsamic, tobacco and heavy oak.

Overall: It’s an oaky beast but you get everything you sign up for with Pibous with this pour and I”d expect nothing less. It’s darn good.

Thanks for reading!
