Nose: Rich, aromatic nose. Packed with bright, effervescent, acidic apple that’s satisfying, enticing, refreshing. It’s a mega blast of apple to the face and its awesome.

Taste: Moderate viscosity on the palate, really pleasant density, texture at the proof. Moderate, sweet, toasted oak and baking spice mingle with tart, acidic apple that’s satisfying, balances against a nice backbone of vanilla and rich cardamom, tart stone fruit and light oak. Touch of bitterness on the back palate that helps round out.

Finish: Long, opulent finish. It’s fruity, loaded with spice and tannin and balancing oak. Sweet fruit, tart acidity, light vanilla, lovely cardamom and cinnamon.

Overall: This is a gorgeous pour. It’s unabashedly clean, it’s complex, it’s layered and textured and nuanced and satisfying from tip to tail. Amazing pour.

Thanks for reading!
