Review #2636 | Whiskey Review #978

Brand: Dramfool

Selection: None – General Release

ABV: 61.2% ABV

Nose: Musty and funky on the nose in the best way. Raisins, brioche bread, decadent white grape and tons of sweetness, rich oak and parchment-y tobacco notes. So rich.

Taste: Rich on the palate, loaded with caramelized sugar and rich raisin character. Its Sauternes and laddie funk dialed way up and it’s rich, powerful, lovely.

Finish: Long finish, loaded with raisin, vanilla cream, lightly funky and lactic, heavy raisin sweetness and more white grape, brioche, glamor.

Overall: Really great stuff here. Took a bit to grow on me with this funkiness but it’s a gem and I am loving it.

Thanks for reading!
