Nose: Wildly bright and effervescent on the nose, all apple butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar.

Taste: Rich on the palate, gorgeous combination of apple, cinnamon, maple, tobacco, a touch of funky cheese, lovely minerality and big slate.

Finish: Long finish, heavy on spice, a prickle of ethanol, big perfumed fruits, nutmeg and ginger.

Overall: Lovely, fun, unique and a beautiful blend of life, decadence and balance for something this age.
