Some of the highlights include High Wire Distilling’s Jimmy Red Bottled In Bond Bourbon. This blood red bourbon is distilled from Jimmy Red Corn, a rare type of ruby-red corn that nearly went extinct. Other standouts include a sweet mash bourbon from Hard Truth Distilling Co.
