Nose: Fat and rich on the nose. Really big, fruity, full, round. Bursts from the glass. Molasses, honey, toffee, tobacco. Bright and tropical at times – nice banana pudding sort of character. Hint of mango. Pleasant, heavy, oak.

Taste: Rich on the palate, full of molasses, toffee, buttercream and sweet oak. Toffee keeps going here, tons of oak. There’s that tropical fruit again with the oak: bananas, mango, some passion fruit and cherries. Viscosity is lovely here.

Finish: Long finish, great balance between proof, oak, tropical fruits and fat, rich molasses.

Overall: Lovely stuff here and the best Foursquare I’ve had in so long. When these hit, they are just incredible.

Thanks for reading!
